Regenerative Media Alliance

Regenerative Media Alliance

Supporting Stories Beyond the Limits of Extractive Media.

We are moving from a “Reckless Race” for attention to a “Collaborative Stewardship” narration. Join a project within the Nursery designed to incubate complex, long-arc stories.

From Fragmentation to Omnipresence.

The old system forces creators to carry the entire weight of a story alone. We built the system first, so the story has a safe harbor to land in.

The Safe Harbor: A project within the regenBEE Nursery facilitative platform.

Governed as a Commons

We utilize the FairShares Commons model. Power is distributed and balanced between Stewards, Nature, Members, and Staff. No single entity owns the arc.

The 75/125 Nutrient Rule

We reinvest 75% of financial profits back into our media seedlings until they reach 125% of the initial principal. We build for resilience, not just return.

Systemic Barriers We Dissolve.

01

Fragmentation

Creators are forced to carry entire projects alone. We share the load across four functional departments.

02

Inertia

A lack of secure “Closed Commons” leads to hoarding. We ensure resource flow through shared governance.

03

Misalignment

Traditional media favors speed over resilience. We favor the “long-arc” story that actually reaches the world.

Where Do You Fit?

To bridge the Interoperability Gap, we organize into five functional “departments”.

The Roots

Systems & Infra

Building the “plumbing”—governance, workflow design, and operational iteration.

The Heart

The Creative Dept

Hosts, directors, and animators “earthing” systemic theories into media.

The Mycelium

Marketing Ops

Distribution and media buying to ensure our stories gain “Omnipresence”.

The Sun

Strategy & Deals

High-level narrative strategy and the legal architecture of “Positive-Sum” deals.

The Soil

Capital & Soil

Foundational nutrients—capital, equipment, and high-end production spaces.

The Autopoietic Engine

Nurturing projects through four progressive phases.

1

Phase 1: Attracting

“The Spark”

Gathering pioneers to learn, share, and plan our aligned regenerative media narratives.

2

Phase 2: Organizing

“The Container”

Onboarding stakeholders to pool resources (Human, Social, Natural, Financial) and match energy to needs.

3

Phase 3: Designing

“The Sandbox”

Launching collaborative “prototype sprints” where we test and iterate story arcs without pressure.

4

Phase 4: Releasing

“The Renaissance”

Building fundable media packages and recycling lessons learned back into the Nursery ecosystem.
